I loved the modern gym with 24-hour access, equipped with high-quality machines and a yoga studio. The breakfast options were delicious and abundant, with various stations to choose from. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to fulfill my requests. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to a shopping center and metro station.

The hotel boasts outstanding service from the airport pick, up to check, out. the spacious rooms offer a panoramic view of the lake and are well appointed. the staff is always ready to help, and the location is perfect with a great variety of retailers and dining options in the mall attached to the hotel. the restaurant on the 37th floor offers authentic Spanish cuisine and an incredible terrace for after, dinner drinks.
Some guests experienced room service challenges and unexpected issues with payment options.

The hotel offered free airport transfer and the driver was very friendly. the location was good, close to the shopping center and restaurants. the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
My Easter weekend at this hotel was not ideal due to the constant construction noise outside.

The hotel had a great gym and the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was directly connected to a large shopping center with a variety of shops and restaurants. the staff was polite and friendly.
The air conditioning in the room was extremely poor, making it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. the TV remote control was faulty and did not work, making it impossible to watch any channels.

We were blown away by the amazing breakfast spread at W Suzhou. From fresh fruits to delicious pastries, there was something for everyone. Plus, the hotel's location near the shopping center and metro station made exploring the city easy. The fully equipped gym was a big bonus for fitness enthusiasts like us. The staff at W Suzhou were attentive and were very good too ensure our needs were met. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
We did encounter a few drawbacks. Making dinner reservations at the hotel's Chinese restaurant proved to be quite difficult, despite trying on three different occasions.

The exclusive amenities provided by this luxurious hotel were impressive. the Spa & wellness centre was peaceful and rejuvenating, and the indoor swimming pool was beautiful and well-maintained. the Spa lounge was a great place to relax, and the entertainment provided was fun. the restaurant provided delicious meals and the in-room breakfast was a delight. Finally, this hotel's location advantages provided a stunning view that made the stay even more enjoyable.
the service was not as prompt as I would have liked, and the receptionist seemed disinterested in taking care of the problem.
